During the olive harvest, the fresh peppers are pressed directly together with the olives. This artisanal process ensures that the oil is naturally infused with the powerful and vibrant aromas of the pepper.
After a short infusion period, the oil is carefully filtered, resulting in a perfectly balanced flavor: spicy yet refined, with a warm, lingering finish. Ideal for lovers of a subtle yet distinct spicy touch in their kitchen.
