This Fruité Mûr olive oil comes from the Haute-Provence and is produced by Serge Masse at the Le Vieux Colombier estate. With great dedication and respect for the natural ecosystem, he developed his olive groves according to strict organic principles. The olives, exclusively of the Aglandau variety, are carefully harvested and processed into an oil known for its round, ripe character and refined elegance.
What makes this olive oil special is its smooth texture and harmonious flavor. The ripe profile results in an accessible, balanced oil that is versatile in the kitchen without losing depth.
Taste & use:
The aromatic profile opens with subtle scents of artichoke, fig leaf, and ripe banana. On the palate, delicate nuances of dried leaves, pear, and almond emerge, complemented by a light touch of green banana. This versatile oil pairs perfectly with ricotta or yogurt, enriches a Greek salad with feta, and adds a surprising twist to desserts such as fruit tarts or vanilla ice cream.
