Morelli Fettuccine Olive is a flavorful Italian pasta made according to an authentic Tuscan recipe. These wide pasta ribbons are enriched with olives, providing a savory, Mediterranean touch and a refined taste. The combination of durum wheat, wheat germ, and olive gives the pasta character without overpowering it.

Thanks to their wide shape, fettuccine holds sauces beautifully. This olive pasta pairs particularly well with tomato sauces, grilled vegetables, and various types of fish. Think of tuna, cod, anchovies, sardines, or seafood. The savory olive flavor also comes through beautifully with a simple sauce of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and basil.

Morelli pasta distinguishes itself through its artisanal quality. The germ of the grain kernel is ground together with the flour. This germ naturally contains vitamins and proteins and is removed by many other pasta producers. The pasta is then processed by hand and subsequently slowly dried for 36 hours at a low temperature of 45 to 50 °C. This meticulous process ensures a full flavor, a firm bite, and an authentic texture.
