Linguine Limone & Pepe 250 g

Morelli Linguine Limone & Pepe is a special Italian pasta made according to an authentic Tuscan recipe. This linguine is enriched with lemon and black pepper, resulting in a fresh, aromatic flavor with a subtle spicy touch. The combination of citrus and pepper makes this pasta ideal for light, elegant dishes with a Mediterranean character.

The long, flat shape of linguine ensures that sauces cling beautifully to the pasta. Thanks to the fresh lemon flavor, this pasta pairs perfectly with white fish, clams, anchovies, scampi, or other seafood. You can also create a refined pasta dish in just a few minutes with a simple sauce of olive oil, garlic, parsley, and a little lemon juice.

Morelli pasta distinguishes itself through its artisanal production process. The germ of the grain kernel is ground together with the flour. This germ naturally contains vitamins and proteins and is removed by many other pasta producers. The pasta is then processed by hand and subsequently slowly dried for 36 hours at a low temperature of 45 to 50 °C. This ensures a rich flavor, a firm bite, and an authentic texture.

Linguine Limone & Pepe with whitefish
Briefly fry pieces of white fish in olive oil with garlic. Add the cooked linguine and finish with parsley, lemon zest, and black pepper.

Linguine with clams and lemon
Sauté the clams with garlic, white wine, and olive oil. Mix with the linguine and add a little lemon juice and fresh parsley.

Linguine with anchovies and olive oil
Gently melt the anchovies in olive oil with garlic. Mix with the pasta and finish with lemon zest, parsley, and optionally a pinch of chili.
