The Catalan Fuet Pikant from Jambons Oliveras is a flavorful Spanish charcuterie from Catalonia, a region in northeastern Spain known for its authentic dry sausages. This thin, elongated fuet is made from carefully selected pork and given a spicy finish for extra character.
