Curry sauce is a chip-shop classic. Smaakgeheimen turned it into a creamy dip for crisps, with yoghurt and a pinch of curry powder. A 100 g jar, enough for a big bag of crisps.

Taste

Creamy and slightly sweet, with the warm, spiced note of curry. Mild, so also nice for anyone who doesn't like heat. Stir before use.

How I use it

• With crisps: ready salted or crinkle-cut crisps.
• With chips: instead of curry ketchup.
• With chicken: with chicken nuggets or grilled chicken strips.
• With vegetables: with sticks of carrot, cucumber and pepper.
