Taste

Sun-dried tomato brings depth, fresh tomato and red pepper the freshness, a caper the briny edge. Smooth, sunny and surprisingly light.

How I use it

• On a cracker: with a slice of goat's cheese and a drop of olive oil.
• On the board: in a little bowl between the cheese, charcuterie and olives.
• With eggs: a spoonful with an omelette or on a boiled egg.
• In a wrap: spread thinly under chicken, rocket and mozzarella.
