Tenuta Margherita's Artichoke Risotto is a subtle and elegant creation, where the natural sweetness of artichoke blends harmoniously with the rich creaminess of premium Carnaroli rice. This rice, originating from Piedmont, is handcrafted using a traditional method, resting for 60 days before being carefully polished using historic Minghetti "Hamburg" machines. This ensures optimal preservation of its structure and nutrients.
The artichoke creates a refined flavor experience that pairs particularly well with grilled meat, poultry, or a fresh Mediterranean salad. This gluten-free dish is ideal as a light main course or a stylish appetizer for gourmets who appreciate pure, authentic ingredients.
Preparation tip:
Heat a dash of olive oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and sauté the contents of the bag, stirring constantly. Deglaze with a little white wine. Gradually add 650 ml of hot water, stirring constantly. Simmer until the risotto has a creamy consistency (about 17 minutes). Add a knob of butter and some grated Parmesan cheese at the end for extra creaminess. Season with salt to taste.
