The lambic in foeder n°31 matured for four and a half years before becoming this Oude Geuze. It is characterized by its fine carbonation and its pleasant cognac-like nose. The smooth and soft but strong aroma with notes of apricots and walnuts is supported by a clear oak character.

Brewed on November 30, 2015, bottled on May 14, 2020.
