Carpaccio the way I like it

This is how you enjoy a carpaccio! Delicious as an appetizer or for lunch.

Simple. Quick. Delicious. That's all an appetiser needs to be, right? Carpaccio the way I like it :-)
What do you need?

- carpaccio
- lemon juice
- rocket
- parmesan cheese

What do you need from the shop?

- fleur de sel
- pepper
- olive oil fruité vert
- capers
- sun-dried tomatoes

How to make this flavourful carpaccio?

This is how I prepare it.
1. First I put my plates in the fridge. When they are well chilled, I put my carpaccio on them. I sprinkle some fleur de sel and ground 7 seas pepper on top.
2. Then I drizzle some olive oil fruité vert from Domaine de Valdition on top, because it's slightly spicier, and some lemon juice.
3. I garnish with ruccola on which I also put some olive oil. Then I sprinkle some capers and parmesan cheese on top.
4. To finish with some sun-dried tomatoes. Tasty!
