Morelli Farfalle Cinque Sapori is a traditional Tuscan pasta in the shape of farfalle, also known as pasta butterflies. The pasta is worked by hand and then slowly dried for 36 hours at a low temperature of 45 to 50 degrees. This artisanal process ensures a firm bite and an authentic pasta structure.
This colorful farfalle contains five varieties: plain, green with spinach, yellow with turmeric, pink with beetroot, and black with squid ink. Together, they create a beautiful color palette. Ideal for anyone who wants to instantly give a simple meal a special look.
