Morelli Fusilli Tre Sapori is a special pasta from Tuscany, made according to the artisanal tradition of Pastificio Morelli. The pasta is shaped by hand and then slowly dried for 36 hours at a low temperature. As a result, the fusilli retains its firm structure and rich flavor.
What makes this pasta so unique is the combination of three colors. The plain fusilli provides the classic pasta base, the black fusilli gets its intense color from squid ink, and the red fusilli is enriched with red pepper. Together, they create a striking, flavorful, and festive pasta.
Thanks to the short cooking time of just 4 to 5 minutes, you can quickly put a delicious meal on the table. Combine with a homemade tomato sauce, seafood, pesto, roasted vegetables, or a simple olive oil and garlic sauce for a truly Italian dish.

Serve this colorful fusilli with shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. It is also delicious with grilled vegetables, burrata, and fresh basil for a vegetarian pasta full of color and flavor.
