Morelli Cuori di Pasta is a special, heart-shaped pasta from Tuscany. Like all Morelli pasta, this variety is carefully processed by hand and then slowly dried for 36 hours at a low temperature of 45 to 50 degrees. This artisanal process ensures a firm bite and an authentic Italian pasta texture.
What makes this pasta extra special is the addition of wheat germ and 100% Tuscan tomato. The wheat germ gives the pasta a fuller, richer flavor, while the tomato provides a warm red color and a subtle Mediterranean touch. Together, they form a beautiful combination of taste, color, and appearance.
