Jambons Oliveras is a family business specializing in the selection, import, and sale of high-quality Spanish hams and charcuterie, particularly Iberian varieties like Pata Negra, Bellota, Cebo, and Serrano. The brand represents authentic, artisanal flavors from Spain, carefully selected by its founders, who have combined passion and expertise for over 25 years to offer the finest products.

The story behind Jambons Oliveras

The history of Jambons Oliveras begins with Georges and Régine Oliveras, a family who began by sharing their love of Iberian hams with friends and acquaintances. Their passion quickly grew into a true business: selecting and selling hams and charcuterie, primarily along the southwest coast of France and at gastronomic events.

Today, the company continues that tradition, with the family regularly traveling to Spain—from Extremadura to Andalusia and the province of Salamanca—to select the finest hams from small producers, including classics such as Bellota, Pata Negra, and Serrano.

The core of their philosophy revolves around simplicity, quality and conviviality, with the aim of bringing the authentic flavours of Spain straight to your table.
