Maison Oliveras's Ibérico Cebo ham is a high-quality Spanish delicacy from Salamanca. This ham is made from a cross between purebred Ibérico pigs and Duroc pigs. The animals are raised in the dehesas (extensive pastures) and fed a nutritious diet of grains and legumes.
The influence of the Duroc breed, with its light brown coat and fatty meat structure, creates a finely marbled texture and a softer, creamy bite. It is the most tender of all Ibérico hams.
The ham is matured in a traditional way for 36 months, resulting in a delicate flavour with subtle, nutty notes.
This variant is pre-cut (70 g, ±10%) and vacuum-packed, which optimally preserves the taste and quality.
Serving suggestions:
