Maison Oliveras Saucisson Extra is a traditional Spanish dry sausage from the renowned Salamanca region, known for its quality pork and artisanal charcuterie.
This fine salami is made from a balanced blend of lean pork and fat, then seasoned with salt, black pepper, and mild spices. The sausage is encased in a natural casing and then aged for a long time—from several weeks to several months—under controlled conditions. This gives it a firm yet slightly creamy texture, with a beautiful balance of salt, smoke, and a subtle spiciness.
Pre-cut and vacuum-packed in a handy 70g bag, ready to serve with an aperitif or as part of a tapas platter.
