I Contadini La Dolce Passata di Pomodoro Ciliegino is made from cherry tomatoes grown in open fields in Puglia. Between July and August, only perfectly ripe, healthy, and naturally sweet tomatoes are harvested.

The selection is carried out with special care. First, the cherry tomatoes are checked directly in the field, after which they are inspected a second time during processing. This processing takes place within a few hours of the harvest, on the farm close to the fields, and entirely by hand.

Only the tomatoes that pass both selections are processed into this passata. The result is a finely textured, delicate tomato sauce with a natural sweetness and an exceptionally pure flavor.

La Dolce contains 100% cherry tomatoes and no added salt, flavourings, or artificial preservatives. This makes it ideal for simple dishes where the quality of the tomato can truly take center stage.
