Herbal delight, the first Belgian alcohol-free gin, is a delicate combination of carefully selected herbs and ginger. This results in a fresh-spicy, non-alcoholic spirit. You can mix this with a tonic. Just like a regular gin and tonic, you also take a 5 cl Herbal Delight and add 20 cl of tonic. You can choose a neutral tonic or a spicy tonic. Serve with some ice, a slice of ginger and a star anise.
