This Cacio e Pepe risotto is made with 100% Carnaroli rice, sourced from their own fields in Italy. Carnaroli is known as the king of risotto rice thanks to its full flavor and perfect texture.
The combination of creamy cheese and freshly ground black pepper creates a simple yet intense dish that is both classic and elegant. The rice is processed using traditional "Minghetti Hamburg" machines, preserving its natural nutritional value and texture. Gluten-free, nutritious, and easy to prepare, it's ideal for those who appreciate pure flavors with minimal effort.
Preparation tip:
Briefly sauté the contents of the bag in a little olive oil. Deglaze with a splash of white wine and gradually add 650 ml of hot water. Stir constantly until cooked to your desired consistency (approx. 17 minutes). Garnish with a knob of butter and some Parmesan cheese for an extra creamy finish. Serve with a glass of white wine and enjoy!
