Belgian Owl Single Cask Blue Evolution is a 100% Belgian whisky, produced in Haspengouw. Made in pot stills and aged for 48 to 59 months in first fill bourbon barrels from American oak.

The whiskey is non-peated, non-coloured and non-chill filtered. Made from barley that is sustainably grown in a unique terroir.

Characteristics:
- In the nose: the typical fruitiness of Belgian Owl very subtly combined with the mild influence of American oak on the basis of notes of pear, white grape and mild pepper.
- In the mouth: fresh and balanced. Fruit from the orchard is subtly combined with the herbs and light woodiness of the bourbon barrel.
