Sweet Speculoos Pastry Brownies

You won't be able to stay away from these irresistible Speculaas Paste Brownies! A creamy combination of dark chocolate, creamy speculaas paste and crunchy nut granola make these brownies a real treat for the sweet tooth.

Ingredients from our shop:

Fleur de Sel Guérande
Vanilla
50 g Swirly Cocoa Powder
150 g Speculoos paste
50 g Granola Chocolat Hazelnut

Other supplies:

200 g dark chocolate, in pieces
150 g butter
200 g sugar
3 eggs
150 g flour

How to make these irresistible brownies.

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tin with baking paper.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter together au bain-marie or in the microwave. Stir well until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the chocolate-butter mixture and mix well.
4. Beat the eggs into the mixture one at a time. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
5. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and salt over the mixture. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until everything is well combined.
6. Add the speculoos paste to the batter and mix until evenly distributed.
7. If using the nut granola, fold it into the batter.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin and smooth the top.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out almost clean.

Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares. Sprinkle nut granola over the brownies.

Enjoy these delectable Speculoos Pastry Brownies as a delicious treat!
