Quickly ready Halloween sweets

Healthier than store-bought sweets and quick to prepare. That's all you need, right?
I based this recipe on my recent blog post with the kiwi sweets. This is a short but fun recipe to prepare with kids.

This is what you need:

- Grapefruit juice
- Sugar
- Agar Agar
- Red food colouring

This is how to make the sweets:

1. This time I used 200 ml of red grapefruit juice.
2. To this I added 50 g of sugar and 4 g of Agar Agar.
3. Let it boil for a while.
4. Remove from heat and add 75 g sugar. Let boil for 1 minute.
5. Remove from the heat again and then add another 75 g sugar.
6. Let boil for 2 minutes.
7. Then I added about 5 drops of red food colouring and mixed.
8. Then put into moulds and let cool.
