Barú, the Belgian brand known for its hot chocolate powders, also makes a matcha latte. Green matcha tea with a touch of vanilla, as a powder you simply stir into milk. No bamboo whisk needed.
Taste
Smooth and creamy, with the typical grassy taste of matcha kept nicely in balance by the vanilla. Sweet enough that you won't need to add anything.

- Iced: dissolve 15 g of powder in a splash of hot milk, then add 15 cl cold milk and a handful of ice.
- With plant milk: oat milk makes it even creamier.
- In the kitchen: a spoonful in whipped cream or yoghurt for a green dessert.
