Springbank 100 Proof 5 Years is an exceptional single malt whisky, artisanally produced at the iconic Springbank Distillery, where everything has been done entirely in-house since 1828. This whisky is still made using traditional methods, including a unique 2.5-fold distillation and light peating of the malt.

With an alcohol percentage of 57.1% (100 proof) and maturation in 100% bourbon casks, this whisky delivers a powerful yet refined taste experience. On the nose, it opens fresh and lively with notes of green apple, blooming gorse, and subtle mineral accents, complemented by a playful sweetness of wine gums.

On the palate, it is beautifully balanced: a soft smoky note is combined with sweet hints of powdered sugar and white chocolate, while more complex notes of tomato plant, sunflower seeds, and linseed oil develop. The finish is long and elegant, with notes of honey and gooseberries that linger.
