Sourced from the iconic Clarendon Distillers Ltd. in Jamaica, this rum is a stunning example of traditional Jamaican rum artistry.

The rum was tropically aged for three years in bourbon barrels, followed by continental maturation for a full six years and eight months in Ferrand casks. Finally, it underwent a third maturation of two years and two months in a Madeira wine cask, resulting in an expression full of depth, complexity, and refinement.

This is a unique bottling, numbered and sourced from just one barrel. Bottled exclusively for Flavor Shop.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: Complex and intriguing, with layers of biscuit, plums, pineapple, mandarin, pepper, curry, vanilla, leather and saffron.
- On the palate: Rich and layered, with notes of coffee, tobacco, liquorice, allspice, gooseberry and roasted spices.
- Finish: Long and dry, with notes of dark chocolate, coconut, banana and warm spices.
