From Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos, this rum embodies the elegance of Caribbean tradition combined with European aging artistry.

After an initial two-year maturation in bourbon casks in the warm climate of the Dominican Republic, the rum was shipped to France for one year of continental maturation in Ferrand casks. Its ultimate expression comes from a further two years of maturation in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, which adds richness, depth, and a silky sweetness.

Tasting notes :
- On the nose: Complex and inviting, with dominant fruity notes of dried apricot, almond, apple, white flowers, vanilla and banana.
- On the palate: Rich and layered with notes of sesame, citrus, pepper, tobacco, pineapple and cantaloupe.
- Finish: Long and persistent with hints of dried fruit, hazelnut, tropical fruit and chocolate.
