This special rum comes from the Rum Co. of Fiji and is part of Planteray's limited Single Casks Collection.

After an initial maturation of 3 years in bourbon barrels in the tropical climate of Fiji, the rum was transported by sea to southwestern France for a second maturation of 1 year and 4 months in Ferrand casks.

The third and final maturation took place in a carefully selected Pauillac wine barrel, where the rum remained for 3 years and 6 months, resulting in an exceptionally complex and elegant expression with French finesse and tropical character.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: Elegant and inviting with pronounced notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, dark chocolate and vanilla.
- On the palate: Balanced and complex with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, cedarwood, tobacco and black pepper.
- Finish: Long and layered, with lingering notes of pineapple, cherry and floral undertones.
