This exclusive rum from the Planteray Single Cask Collection comes from the renowned Stade's West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados.

First aged for three years in bourbon barrels under tropical conditions, this rum was then shipped by sea to southwestern France. There, it underwent double aging: two years and eight months in Ferrand barrels, and, as a final touch, an additional two years and two months in a Marsala wine barrel.

The result? A complex and layered rum with opulent aromas and a rich flavor profile – all produced in a limited edition of just one cask, numbered and bottled.

This edition was bottled exclusively for Flavor Shop.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: Complex and seductive – think dried fruit, spices, stewed figs, orange peel, black tea and a hint of warm oak.
- On the palate: Rich and silky with notes of toffee, dark chocolate, coconut, treacle and spiced oak.
- Finish: Long and refined with layers of black pepper, coffee, citrus zest and a soft Marsala wine sweetness.
