How do you make the Pineut Cranberry Cashew Cookies?

Preheat the oven to 195°C (electric) or 175°C (convection).

Mix 1 egg and melted butter until smooth and without lumps.

Add the contents of the pot and stir well.

Knead the dough into about 10 balls and flatten them slightly with your hand.

Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.

For a 'chewy' result: take them out after exactly 20 minutes.
