Darjeeling FTGFOP1 Sungma 70g
Darjeeling is considered black tea and is therefore often brewed with water at 100°C. However, I prefer to prepare it less hot, i.e. at 80 ° C. This makes the tea less bitter.
Brewing advice: Allow to infuse for about 2 to 3 minutes and use water at 80 - 100 °C.
