Tenuta Margherita's Risotto Amatriciana is a perfect blend of simplicity and refinement. Made with their finest Piedmontese Carnaroli rice—the king of risotto rice—and enhanced with a traditional blend of tomatoes, onions, and pieces of Italian pork sausage. This creates a robust, slightly spicy flavor that's perfectly balanced.
Thanks to the artisanal production process, where the rice rests for 60 days and is polished using traditional Minghetti "Hamburg" machines, its texture and nutrients are optimally preserved. The result? A nutritious, gluten-free meal ready in just 20 minutes.
Preparation tip:
Heat a dash of olive oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and briefly fry the contents of the bag. Deglaze with white wine and gradually add 650 ml of hot water, stirring constantly. Simmer until the desired creamy consistency is reached (about 17 minutes). Garnish with a knob of butter and Parmesan cheese for extra richness.
