The domain where the olives are grown has an excellent location. The domain of San Lorenzo Nuovo is located between Lake Bolsena in the south and Monte Volcini in the north. The location of the area ensures an exceptional taste of the olives.

The cultivation is completely organic. After harvesting the olives, they are pressed and bottled within 24 hours. This way, the natural taste of the olives is preserved.

This olive oil consists of different types of olives: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Palmette, Canino and 2 types of fertilizers Maurino & Pendolino. This combination gives the olive oil a unique and subtle taste.

Serving tip: The Terra Nostra olive oil is delicious for cooking, but also surprisingly tasty on a scoop of ice cream. Finish with a pinch of sea salt and enjoy!
