As soon as you open the can of Tastea Bun in the Oven, you will smell a subtle and fresh blend of anise and mint. Two pretty intense ingredients! No worries, because they are beautifully balanced with the nettle and raspberry leaves. This delicious and soft blend is rich in vitamins and minerals such as zinc, magnesium, calcium and iron.

Bun In The Oven has been developed for the third trimester of pregnancy. We recommend drinking no more than two cups of tea per day for a period of 6 to 9 months.

Brewing advice: Let the tea steep in water at 100° for 5 to 10 minutes.

Ingredients: raspberry leaf, nettle, peppermint, anise, natural flavor enhancer ( raspberry and calamansi flavour), verbena and lemon myrtle.
