Since 1994, Murray McDavid has been leading the art of whisky-maturing, creating exciting Scotch whiskeys by finishing fine spirits in large oak casks.

The rich, heavy style of Mannochmore demands a barrel finish that matches its bold character. The lush Towny Port barrels tame this spirit and create a luxurious whiskey full of chocolate, dried fruit and a long fruity aftertaste.

Characteristics:
- Nose: rich and round odor. Aroma of yellow fruit with notes of cherry extract and blueberry liqueur.
- Mouth: full and aromatic taste of milk chocolate in combination with red and purple fruit. Hints of soft licorice herbs.
- Aftertaste: rich, full of red fruit with light earth tones.
