Two cocktail enthusiasts, Leander Beuckels and Lucas Lambrechts, founded Opius in 2020. With Opius they want to prove that exciting drinks do not always have to be alcoholic. Their mission is to redefine the view of spirits.

Opius Albedo is the result of a purification process after the Nigredo stage, which gives this drink a clear color. Opius Albedo has a refined aroma of anise. Then you taste subtle spicy accents. To finish with a soft aftertaste.

- Fill a glass with ice blocks.

- Combine 50 ml Opius Albedo and 100 ml Fever Tree Ginger Ale.

- Finish with a slice of orange and a sprig of rosemary.
