Plantation Jamaica 2007 Rum is bottled at 48.4% and distilled in the Pot Stills of Clarendon - Monymusk. The rum was matured for 13 years in the Caribbean and then for 2 additional years at Cognac Ferrand in France.

Characteristics:
Aroma: tropical notes, such as melon, roasted wood, ginger and orange .
Taste: fruit, wood, vanilla and baked apples.
Aftertaste: coconuts, oak and various herbs.
