They use barley, yeast and water for the ingredients of the Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt Whiskey. But not just any barley. They work with different barley varieties, one of which is a traditional barley variety that distillers use more often, while the other is a fruity and more experimental variety. This gives this whiskey a tasty and fruity character.
