This eggnog is made according to a traditional recipe, but given a little 'Flavor Shop' twist. Tastemaker Birger gave his own twist to the recipe, resulting in a delicious dish of pure pleasure.
Food pairing:
This gingerbread flavored lawyer is delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream, on your pancakes or with a cup of coffee. This eggnog also combines wonderfully in desserts. A flavor to discover!
TIP for DESSERT:
In the recipe for speculoos tiramisu, replace part of the mascarpone with this speculoos lawyer. Very tasty! OR YET: Add a fine layer of this eggnog between your chocolate mousse as a surprise for your guests. Success guaranteed!
