Sprinkle some satay spices on your baked goods meat or use the herbs as a basis for making soups, marinades or Chinese fondues.

Recipe: making satay sticks:

Cut your meat of your choice cubes of about 2 cm. For the marinade, mix the satay herbs with some oil. Mix the mix with the meat and let it marinate for about 2 hours. Soak the skewers in water for 10 minutes before skewering the meat. This prevents the sticks from burning. Then roast the skewers until golden brown and done on the barbecue or in the pan.
