This bittersweet liqueur was made in honor of the 125th anniversary of Brouwerij Verhofstede. The acid comes from the finest essential oils, extracted from the peel of the best Spanish lemons.

Serving tip: Serve this drink ice cold or use it as a base for a kirr in combination with a simple sparkling wine. Use Limón de la Casita in the vinaigrette sauce for your salad, as an alternative to lemon and honey. Or use the liqueur in the famous dessert Zabaglione and Sgroppino.
