This Old Grain Gin is 100% distilled from wheat, barley and rye, so a truly authentic malt wine. Together with seven carefully chosen botanicals, this creates a unique full grain gin. After distilling, the gin is matured in oak barrels. This is often a new barrel, but sometimes a bourbon barrel. This barrel maturation gives this spirit its beautiful golden yellow color.
