Color: dark amber, red copper

Nose: balanced with notes of red wine, hard acidity. Sweet licorice with warm oak and a pinch of silage grass. Then pears and apples.

Taste: a slightly syrupy but delicate mouthfeel. Juicy fruit combines with white herbs and pepper. A few drops of water bring even more balance. A very tasty whiskey without sharp edges.

Aftertaste: medium and balanced with a delicious combination of fruit and herbs.
