This single malt Scotch Whiskey is inspired by the first bottling of the 16 year old Mortlach that was released in 1992. It is matured exclusively in Sherry casks to impart rich, fruity and fragrant notes.

Nose: sweet fruitiness raisins, dates, plums, dried apricot and stewed apples and oak
Taste: notes of dried tropical fruit, raisins, dark sugar, dark chocolate, black pepper, cloves and a hint of mint . The finish is long, meaty and sweet with notes of chocolate, raisins and mint.
