BBQ Rub

All-purpose BBQ seasoning that goes perfectly with all types of meat

This BBQ spice mix is the perfect combination of spices and peppers that can be used on meat and poultry before grilling, roasting or slow cooking. Rubbing is often used in grilling and smoking because the spices penetrate the meat during cooking. Rubs also add flavor and texture to all types of meat. It is recommended to work the meat generously up to 24 hours before cooking; cover and refrigerate the meat until ready to use. Apply a second layer just before grilling or smoking.
