This BBQ spice mix is the perfect combination of spices and peppers that can be used on meat and poultry before grilling, roasting or slow cooking. Rubbing is often used in grilling and smoking because the spices penetrate the meat during cooking. Rubs also add flavor and texture to all types of meat.
