An unusually creative collaboration, this intriguing blend combines the best bits of its wine and beer counterparts; sweet and buttery with hints of orange marmalade and espresso.

This Cù Bòcan is made with lightly peated Scottish barley, only during the colder winter months and in small quantities. This results in a subtly smoky and surprisingly sweet whisky. The maturation in special barrels of course has further effects.

The Black Isle Brewery Imperial Stout barrels provide flavors such as tobacco, coffee and leather. While the Bacalhôa Moscatel de Setúbal Wine barrels provide flavors of orange marmalade, dried fruit and melted butter.
