Rustichella d'Abruzzo - Conchiglioni
Rustichella d'Abruzzo Conchiglioni are artisanally produced using high-quality wheat semolina and fresh spring water from the mountains around Abruzzo. Thanks to the slow drying process at 35°C, both flavor and texture are perfectly preserved.
This large, shell-shaped pasta is formed using bronze molds, creating a rough texture that sauces adhere to well – essential for filled or baked pasta dishes.
Conchiglioni are perfect for filling with ricotta, spinach, meat, or vegetables, and then baking in the oven with a delicious tomato or béchamel sauce. A guaranteed favorite at the dinner table!
