Rustichella d'Abruzzo's Tagliolini all'uovo are traditionally prepared with high-quality wheat semolina, fresh eggs, and mountain spring water from Abruzzo. This fine ribbon pasta, thinner than tagliatelle, is particularly well-suited for light, elegant sauces.

Thanks to the slow drying process at a low temperature (35°C), flavor and nutritional value are preserved. The pasta is drawn through bronze molds, which creates a slightly rough texture. This allows sauces to adhere perfectly to the surface of the tagliolini, ideal for both simple and sophisticated dishes.
