Mustard & Dill:
Coarse mustard, along with fresh dill tops, is slowly incorporated into the cheese. During aging, the fresh, slightly spicy mustard notes and the aromatic character of dill are deeply infused into the creamy Gouda. The result is a harmonious and refined flavor – making it one of the most popular flavored cheeses in the Benelux region, and for good reason.
Black Pepper:
After four months of aging, the Gouda cheese is enriched with coarsely crushed black peppercorns. The spicy pepper blends perfectly with the cheese's soft, creamy texture. The result is robust, slightly sharp, and deliciously herby – perfect for those who enjoy a cheese board with a kick.
