Taste

Fresh, grassy and smooth, with the full flavour of matcha. With nothing else added, you taste the tea itself.

How I make it

• Classic: sift 1 to 2 g of matcha into a bowl, pour on about 70 ml of water at around 80 °C and whisk with a bamboo whisk until foamy.
• As a latte: whisk the matcha with a splash of water first, then add hot or cold milk.
• In the kitchen: a teaspoon in a smoothie or stirred into yoghurt.

The tin closes well, so the matcha keeps its bright green colour.
