De Cort is a family-run farm distillery, brewery and distillery located in Pepingen, Pajottenland (Belgium) that has been making artisanal, pure distilled spirits since 2014 — from jenever and gin to whisky, vodka, pastis and more — with a strong focus on local raw materials, organic quality and authentic flavours.

The story behind De Cort

De Cort was founded by Manu and Sofie De Cort, who transformed a former fruit farm into a farm distillery where everything revolves around craftsmanship and taste — from growing and processing their own grains and fruits to distilling in authentic copper Holstein stills.

The brand is independent, certified organic where possible, and stands for a short, transparent supply chain; many raw materials are locally grown or harvested, and artificial flavors are not used in the spirits.

The name De Cort is the family name of the founders — chosen to emphasise the artisanal, personal character of the brand.
